Improved Image Lightbox

An image lightbox is a feature that allows users to view images in an enlarged, interactive overlay without leaving the current page. It enhances the user experience by providing a clear, focused view of images, often with navigation options and additional tools for interaction.

In the current Workflow 2020, the image lightbox lacks efficient navigation. Users can only move between images using next/forward buttons, making it difficult to quickly select and review specific angles of a design. This slows down the approval process and makes feedback less precise.

Upgraded 2D Viewer in Workflow 2026

To address these issues, Workflow 2026 introduces a new and improved 2D viewer with key upgrades:

  • Faster image loading speed for a smoother experience
  • Direct selection of specific image angles instead of relying on next/forward buttons
  • Enhanced Annotations 2.0, allowing users to draw shapes and add targeted feedback directly on images
  • 2D images generated automatically by Cloud 3D Rendering, ensuring high-quality visuals for approvals

With these improvements, the new image lightbox will provide a faster, more efficient, and more interactive way for clients and designers to review and approve designs.
