A Designer’s Perspective: The Future of Design with Bioracer Workflow 2026
I’ve been working as a designer for years, and I can confidently say that Bioracer Workflow 2026 has completely improved the way I work. Compared to Workflow 2020, everything is faster, more organized, and much more efficient. The entire process, from design creation to approval and production, has been streamlined. No more bottlenecks, no more frustrating delays—just a smooth, creative workflow that allows me to focus on what I do best.
Getting Started: A Smoother, More Efficient Process
The first step in every project is opening Design Templates 2.0.
- In Workflow 2020, I had to manually check if the template was up-to-date, which sometimes led to working with outdated versions and unnecessary revisions.
- Now, the Adobe Illustrator 3D plugin 2.0 automatically notifies me if a template needs updating, saving time and ensuring accuracy from the start.
I begin by designing a limited set of articles for the Stage 1 design proposal. Thanks to the staged design workflow, I only need to focus on a few key pieces rather than spending hours applying the design to the entire product range upfront.
This frees up my creativity, allowing me to experiment more, explore different options, and refine designs without being bogged down by repetitive tasks. Since I know that once a design is approved, a buddy designer will take care of scaling it to all remaining articles, I can channel my energy into the creative process instead of worrying about manual adjustments.
Real-Time 3D Visualization – A Levelled-Up Experience
The Adobe Illustrator 3D Plugin already existed in Workflow 2020, but with Workflow 2026, it has been significantly improved.
- Before, I could only see a basic 3D preview in Illustrator and had to wait for external rendering to see the final model.
- Now, I can view my 2D designs on the same Cloud 3D models that the client sees in the cloud version, ensuring perfect consistency.
- I can even configure stitches and flatlocks, something that was not possible in Workflow 2020.
- The new UI makes adjusting details superfast, allowing me to focus on creativity rather than clicking through slow menus.
The experience of seeing 3D directly inside Illustrator was already spectacular, but now, it’s been taken to the next level.
Submitting to the Cloud – No More Waiting for Rendering
In Workflow 2020, submitting a design meant waiting for the 3DPC rendering process before a project would even appear online. During busy hours, wait times could pile up, slowing everything down.
Now, I submit my design directly to the cloud, and everything is instantly available:
- 3D models are online immediately for preview.
- 2D images are automatically rendered via Cloud 3D Rendering.
- The design project page is ready instantly—no delays, no downtime.
This means I can send my first design proposal to the client much faster. And if I have a second idea, I can easily create a second design version and submit it to the cloud, with Ai3D Plugin 2.0 handling all file versioning automatically.
If needed, I can even invite another designer to create an additional proposal, something that was far more complicated before.
Engaging with the Client – The Best Communication System Yet
One of the biggest frustrations in Workflow 2020 was communication. Everything was scattered across emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, making it difficult to track feedback, revisions, and approvals.
Now, everything happens in the Project Chat, and honestly, I don’t know how we managed before.
- All communication is centralized, so no more searching through emails for client comments.
- The sales rep is present, ensuring smooth follow-ups.
- We can all see each other’s messages—designer, sales, and client—so there’s full transparency.
- Working with international clients is easier than ever, thanks to the built-in translation system, which removes language barriers completely.
When the client responds, I get a notification.
- They request some small changes.
- They’ve uploaded extra logos they want included.
- They’ve attached images of an older shirt they liked for reference.
- They also want a small text detail on the front design.
I can implement the requested changes immediately and, to avoid any potential mistakes in production, I also create an Approval Marker for the small text detail, ensuring the client signs off on it explicitly.
Stage 2 – Handing Over to My Buddy Designer
With Stage 1 approved, my assigned buddy designer can now take over and apply the approved design to the remaining articles for Stage 2.
- No time wasted manually applying designs to every item upfront.
- The less creative, more repetitive work is handled efficiently.
- The client only reviews the final versions of the full product lineup in Stage 2.
Once the remaining articles are approved, the project moves directly into production.
Final Thoughts – The Best Workflow Yet
Comparing Bioracer Workflow 2026 to Workflow 2020 is like comparing a high-performance racing bike to an old steel road frame. Sure, they both get the job done, but one is faster, smoother, and simply built for performance.
- No more waiting for rendering—everything is real-time.
- No more scattered communication—everything is in one centralized chat.
- No more unnecessary workload on a single designer—collaboration is built into the process.
💪 This is the future of sportswear design, and I’m proud to be working with it.
