A Client’s Perspective: The Ultimate Design Experience with Bioracer Workflow 2026

I have been a Bioracer customer for years, and I’ve also worked with other suppliers. From the start, I already liked Bioracer’s Workflow 2020 approval system—it was ahead of what other brands offered. But Workflow 2026 is something else entirely. It’s faster, more efficient, and so much more intuitive.

A Fully Personalized Experience – In My Own Language

I’m Italian, and one of the biggest advantages I’ve noticed is that all communication is in Italian.

  • From the moment I receive the design proposal email, it’s in my language.
  • When I log in, the interface is already set to Italian—but I can switch to another language anytime if needed.
  • Even the Project Chat automatically translates messages with a single click!

This means no more struggling with English or misunderstandings—something that was a challenge in Workflow 2020, where I had to rely on emails or phone calls in English. Now, I feel completely in control of the process.

Design Proposals: More Choices, Less Hassle

One of the things I really appreciate in Workflow 2026 is that I receive multiple design proposals.

  • In Workflow 2020, I would get just one design, which meant if I didn’t like it, we had to start over.
  • Now, I get several options, created by different designers. I can choose the one I like best or even request a combination of two designs—which the designers handle smoothly and quickly.

This saves me valuable time. Instead of going back and forth with revisions, I start with strong options right away.

Mobile Access – Reviewing Anytime, Anywhere

Another huge game-changer is mobile support.

  • In Workflow 2020, I had to be at my computer to properly review designs. If I was travelling or at an event, I had to wait until I was back in the office.
  • Now, I can review designs anywhere, anytime—on my phone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Whether I’m at home, at work, or on the go, I can open the design link instantly and provide feedback.

This level of convenience makes the whole experience so much more user-friendly.

Sharing & Collaboration Made Simple

When I receive the design link, I can freely share it with my team.

  • The design page is directly accessible, and only if I want to participate in the design process do I need to log in.
  • And logging in? It’s fast and easy—I just use my Google account.

No wasted time, no complicated logins—just instant collaboration.

A Smarter, More Organized Approval System

One of the biggest pain points in Workflow 2020 was how the approval process worked.

  • Before: I received all the articles designed at once, and I could only approve or disapprove everything together. If I wanted changes on just one item, the designer had to redo everything. Sometimes, this meant long waiting times before I could see the new version.
  • Now: I approve each article individually, making it so much easier to focus on what matters. If only one part of the design needs a change, the rest stays approved, and we move forward faster.

The new approval markers also help me understand where potential production issues might arise. When I asked for text across a zipper, the designer pointed me to an instructional video explaining the risks. Since I still wanted to proceed, I simply had to sign off on an additional approval marker. Fair enough—I appreciate the transparency!

A Centralized Communication Platform – Finally!

In Workflow 2020, communication with the designer was… let’s say, a bit chaotic.

  • Some messages were on email (where is that email again?)
  • Some were on WhatsApp (but my sales rep wasn’t in that conversation).
  • And some were through phone calls (but sometimes, language was a barrier).
  • It wasn’t centralized, and keeping track of everything was difficult.

Now, Workflow 2026 has fixed all of this.

  • The Project Chat is a dream.
  • I can request changes directly in the chat, and the designers respond quickly.
  • I can make annotations on the designs, upload missing logos, and even switch the chat language to Italian with a single click.
  • My sales rep is always in the loop, so no more miscommunications.

The combination of designers, sales reps, and clients in one shared conversation makes everything smooth, efficient, and well-documented.

Better 3D & 2D Visualization

The 3D quality has improved significantly.

  • The 3D models now show more realistic textures, and I can see exactly what my final product will look like.
  • The new 2D image viewer and annotation system also make reviewing designs much easier and more interactive.

This means I can make more informed decisions and feel confident about what I’m approving.

Explainer Videos – Professional & Helpful

Bioracer has also introduced instructional videos, and honestly, they are great.

  • They explain everything clearly, from logo placement policies to why small text might be an issue.
  • Before, I would sometimes request things that weren’t ideal for production—now, I understand why certain limitations exist.
  • The videos are short, engaging, and professional, showing that Bioracer knows what they’re doing.

After watching them, I don’t even request small text any more (laughs).

Final Approval & Moving to Production

Once I approve all articles in Stage 1 the remaining articles are designed quickly in Stage 2.

  • I receive another email when Stage 2 is ready for approval.
  • I approve the final designs one by one, and we go into production.

This split between creative and repetitive work is a great solution. The designers focus on creativity, while the more mechanical work of applying the design across all articles is handled efficiently.

Bioracer’s Customer Service Stands Out

At the end of the day, this is a level of service I can’t find anywhere else.

  • The product quality is excellent.
  • The workflow is smooth, well-structured, and fast.
  • The designers are incredibly talented and responsive.
  • And most importantly, I feel like Bioracer truly cares about its customers.

For my part, I think they are very successful at that.

Conclusion: The Best Design Experience in the Industry

I already liked Bioracer Workflow 2020, but Workflow 2026 is on another level.

  • Multiple design proposals save me time.
  • Mobile support means I can review anywhere.
  • Better communication tools make collaboration easy.
  • More control over approvals means fewer delays.
  • Explainer videos help me understand design decisions.
  • Fast finalization & production means I get my gear quicker.

Bioracer isn’t just making custom sportswear—they are creating the best design experience in the industry.
