1. Real-Time 3D Visualization & Rendering
This interactive approach replaces outdated MP4 renders, offering instant, fluid animations without long rendering times.
- Turntable Animation – Rotate the articles smoothly for a 360° view.
- Multiple Animation Modes – Show different perspectives dynamically, giving a better sense of fit and appearance. These can even be article specific.
- Future-Ready for Advanced Motion –
- The system is built to support animated articles, meaning in the future, it could show a cyclist wearing the designed kit in motion.
- Also Flatlocks and Stitches will be rendered in real-time also on mobile
2. Colour Accuracy

It is essential that colour representation is as accurate as possible for the clients to review. From to design in Illustrator to the printing process and online 3D visualization, the goal is to match these as close as possible.

Bioracer V1-0 MX full_Bsep M2 D50 WP adj.iccto ensure production-ready colour accuracy. - Neutral, unbiased lighting setup ensures colour consistency across all viewing angles.
- Real-time visualization of configurable elements such as stitches and flatlocks—features not previously available in Workflow 2020.
- Dark mode for showing fluorescent colours.

The new Cloud 3D viewer includes smart interactive tools:

- 📷 Capture screenshots from any angle directly in the viewer, annotate them, and either share immediately through the Project Chat or save locally.
✔ Advanced Hover Modes:
Specific data layers are prepared on export from the Design Templates 2.0 and the Adobe Illustrator 3D plugin 2.0. These can then be displayed in the folowing advanced hover modes:
- 📐Dimensions Mode: Hover over logos to instantly display dimensions.
- 🎨 Colour Mode: Easily identify colours on the design by hovering directly over design elements on the 3D model to see their precise names and colour values.
These interactive elements streamline communication between clients, designers, and production, significantly reducing misunderstandings.
4. Ready for Future Customization & Design-Your-Own
Because the viewer is built on the DYO framework, it is flexible and ready for future expansions:
- Clients themselves can directly set the colours of zips, flatlocks, fabrics, …
- Future enhancements will allow clients to personalize their apparel further
- Personalized name/text placement with font & size controls.
- Set options on articles such as pockets, zip positions, zip cover, sleeves etc…
