If a client isn’t satisfied with a specific aspect, they engage directly in a centralized, structured dialogue via the Project Chat, clearly communicating their revision requests. The conversation continues positively and proactively until each article reaches full approval.

In the 2020 workflow, projects can be disapproved. This means a full disapproval on the full project, even if the client requests a little change on one individual article. It has proven not te be the most efficient wat to handle the design process.

In the 2025 workflow design proposals can only be approved, and also individually article by article.

So no more disapprovals from clients but an engaging communication until all is approved

• Approval goes by a double workflow
  • First a limited set of articles | Design Proposal - stage 1
  • Then the remaining articles | Design Proposal - stage 2
